Specification Review
plastic pelletizing line manufacturers
Before you select among plastic pelletizing line manufacturers, resolve how the pelletizing extruder joins hoppers, filtration, degassing, cutter water and bagging. This dossier is a Specification Review for procurement. It is not an engineering stamp, a compliance certificate, or an ESG statement. Plastic Pelletizing Line Sourcing coordinates the questions; factories answer for their serials. No forest, carbon or net-zero claim is made here.

Project interfaces
Project interfaces: Design input
Record hopper or crammer type, metal-detection location if any, extruder centreline height, screen-changer discharge direction, die type, cutter water flow, centrifugal dryer location and how pellets reach a silo or bag. Three-phase supply, connected load in kW, cooling-water temperature and compressed-air demand belong with that sketch. If the plant already has a washing line, mark the moisture and flake size at the pelletizing hopper, not at the bale. This is the design input plastic pelletizing line manufacturers need before they can name a serial.
Supplier answer
Each manufacturer should state which filtration and degassing stages are inside the quoted extruder, the working pressure at the screen, how pellet moisture and fines will be measured, and how changeover waste is counted when switching PE lots. Ask whether FAT uses buyer scrap or a substitute polymer, and which instruments are recorded. Spare screens, cutter blades and gearbox oil should be listed or marked excluded. A published throughput table without your feed identity is not a supplier answer to this RFQ.
Open deviation
Typical deviations: one factory includes vacuum degassing, another prices a vented barrel only; one cutter is underwater, another is strand; one kg/h is at 40 mesh, another at 80 mesh; one offer is FOB, another is DDP to a US ZIP. Those splits must stay visible. They are not solved by averaging prices. Food-contact language, if any factory adds it, needs evidence that is not this website.
